has anyone replaced their langster headset?. mine is a couple of years old, ive had a look and it looks like its one of these internal - semi integrated headsets. the cups are pressed into the headtube and the bearings are a loose caged setup. can any1 recommend me a replacement ? also will a standard removal tool remove these cups? cheers

You need to find out exactly what type of internal it is, as are a few standards - many Spesh run Campagnolo Hiddenset 'Italian Standard'.0

I *think* that you can replace the ball and cage set up on the Langster with a Kane Creek S2 bearing.

I've been looking for a replacement for my allez headset, same set up from what I can find the cane creak S2 fits, but you need to tinker with sapcers a little on the top cap, if you google under allez instead of langster you should find more info. I'm still hunting.0
