Sticky chain link

I appear to have a sticky/stuck chain link (feels like it - no noise, but you can feel it - sort of a little 'bunk' every revolution of the pedals - ). But it only shows itself when I'm in 5th gear or higher. Nothing at all when in 4th or lower. Can stuck links act like this, or should I be looking somewhere else for the problem?

It usually needs more than a waggle. Try a chain tool.0
