Cyclo x tyres on 29er

Hi, am putting together a 29er mountain bike and wanted to know if I could put cyclo x tyres on the wheels. Was going to go for Fulcrum power xl wheels. Didn't want to run on 2.0 tyres, also will they be able to run as tubeless if i get stans no tubes kit? thx for help

same diameter = yes0 -
As long as are 700c, or 622mm.0
