Bontrager Rhythm Comps front hub service

Hi,

i am needing to replace the bearings on Bonty Rhythm Comp front hub - which i beleive are a Formula Hub. I have removed the 2 endcaps which i think are QR adapters (push fit) how the heck to i remove the bearing / axle or what ever i need to in order to replace bearings ? disk side has a fitting for cone wrench, other end has a fitting that has a notch on each quarter i.e 12, 3, 6, 9 on a clock..

all advise welcomed...and pdf exploded diags even better.
