Altura jacket sizing

After some recommendations and helpful advice from this forum I am about to buy an Altura Night Vision as the second car has to go and I will be riding to work every day.....but can anyone help with advice regarding sizing of the clothing?
I am 5'10" tall, and would prefer a comfortable rather than snug fit, and with ordering online or driving to the nearest Evans store in Manchester I would prefer to get the right size first time.
Is the sizing generous or quite small..any help appreciated

Dave,
I'm same height as you and about 70kg - I got a Night Vision in large which fits fine in terms of length (maybe a touch long on the sleeves but within acceptable limits) and is reasonably loose as I prefer it. Seem to remember when i tried the medium it was a bit snug on the shoulders, but I am fairly broad shouldered for my size."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." Thanks for that...i think i am just about 75kg so will prob go for the large too

+1 for the large, I'm about the same size as you and opted for a Medium in both the waterproof and windproof versions. The windproof is on the snug side but the waterproof is a looser fit.... still can't remember why I bought the windproof version though, as it gets used about 10 times a year (too hot) whereas the waterproof version gets used about double that, although in the Summer I opt for just getting wet.0

I'm also over 6 foot and have a Large. I was expecting to need an XL for sleeve length but I've been really happy with the fit.
