I've recently had to order a new magura louise lever.

I noticed it now has a samll hole level and to the side of where it says mineral.

Anyone know what this is for?

Thankyou.

Yes. You other lever will have one somewhere as well.

  • It allows the hydraulic fluid to expand and contract as it heats up and cools down. Usually, a rubber membrane in the master cylinder of the lever seals the fluid inside the system - it's the membrane that expands and contracts.
