Fork pressures

Hopefully this wont degenerate into one of those "there is no answer" threads but...
Just picked up a Trance X3 and want to pump up the front forks to a sensible starting pressure.
I am very new to this, 100Kg without my camelbak and other clobber riding in mainly wet and muddy conditions (who isnt at this time of year) and doing lots of rooty, rocky bits. No jumps and drops (but starting to play). Not massively confident so prob not as relaxed as I should be and I expect that might mean my weight is probably forward of the ideal.
I appreciate/expect that the pressure is affected by riding conditions, terrain, rider weight, rider style... but some idea where to start would be helpful.

Pump it up so that the suspension has sagged by between 25 and 30% of it's travel as a starting point.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
