Getting drunk at 2pm - is that ok?

I've just had to make few important phone calls (bloody bank and stuff...) and to improve my courage and my English (not my native...) I made myself two vodkas with coke. Is that ok, minding that it's 2pm and my Mrs Medoramas will be back home in about 2 hours?

Yes that's fine. I'm disappointed I'm not drunk, unfortunately the boss doesn't like me falling asleep with my face on the keyboard, dribbling.0

If it's ok at 10am it sure fine at 2pm... Beside don't we have 24hour drinking laws these days, therefore it must be ok..--

Oh, I'm OK - well, if I can say something like that while I'm sober ;-) After one more drink I stopped, just to prove myself I'm not an alcoholic :-D But after my Better Half came back I thought I was still drunk - she said she wants me to connect old PS2 tonight and play Need For Speed with me...0
