Other info:
The 9th picture shows an area where the paint has come off, the shop discounted some serious £££ on the back of the damage, the frame underneath is fine. I've got pictures out to a few art companies, to find out how much it will cost to have the logo airbrushed.
At some point I'll change the cable outers for blue Jagwire or some other brand. Get some Hudz in blue and change the bar tape to blue. The tires have a white border on one side which I don't like (symmetry rules) so I might have to change them for Ultremo ZXs in.... BLUE.
If anyone has any tips on removing stickers from the forks and frame, then I'll be forever grateful. Last time I tried to remove them I left residue all over the frame.

Very nice! I think blue hudz and bar tape might be a bit OTT though if I'm honest, why not just the hudz?
With regards to the stickers I got mine off with some muc off degreaser which seemed to work fine on my trek.0 -
Lovely bike mate, big fan of the Madones geometry wouldn't mind a 3.1 myself!Current bike: 2014 Kinesis Racelight T2 - built by my good self!0

Cheers Kolraz,
I've got some degreaser so will give it a whirl. Will change the bar tape first rather than the Hudz. I know that the white tape won't last long, once it gets dirty I'll have the raging hump :x and it'll have to be changed  .
Action Cycles had 2011 Madone 3.1s in stock down to £1300 from £1600 in their Victoria Branch. They even had a 2012 5.2 in the Leopard colours down to £2300 from £2800 in the Charing Cross branch.
Must put a massive shout out to Leon at Sigma Sport in Hampton Wick. He sized me up and was a great help. Excellent service. I'll definitely use Sigma Sport again, event though its on the opposite side of London from my neck of the woods.Trek 1.1c (2012) - For commuting

FWIW - and bearing in mind beauty is in the eye of the beholder - I would steer well clear of blue tape and blue hudz. I'd go for just the huz or leave it be.Ben
