Outland Keo compatible pedals, does anybody use them and what shoes do you pair them up with?
I dont use them for road bikes but have decided to make use of a free pair for my mountain bike.
40 mph in a 30 zone officer? nah, I've only been out for the last 5 minutes !!

I use them on my winter bike with Shimano R220s with Look Keo grey cleats. They're ok but much prefer using my Look Keo Sprints. Shimano cleats are not compatible with these pedals, very difficult to disengage.

^ Not surprised you find them difficult to engage.
They are KéO compatible, so they will be, err, compatible with Look KéO cleats, not Shimano SPD-SL cleats...

OP, they'll be fine with any road shoe with the 3 hole fitting : flat road sole, not chunky MTB sole
