hi ive just fitted a blackspire stinger and a 36t middle ring to my 2010 stumpy expert. its a bb mount fit. ive guessed the angle that the device has to be at because it doesnt state it in the instructions so ive just looked at me mates and gone off that. the trouble im having is when i put it the granny ring and go down the gears i can only get to 5th before the rear mech curls up that much the chain is rubbing on itself. i havent changed the granny ring and i cant say ive ever noticed it before but it might have been like that for a while. does ,my chain need shortened or hav i fited the stinger wrong. illget a picture on soon as

Just to mention, my enduro came with the chain way too long from the shop. Check your routing though before you chop it.0

The stinger must be at the wrong angle, in the granny the wheel should just about touch the chain when in top (smallest) gear at the rear.

You need to either allow public viewing or just copy the location and post the photo's direct on here.0 -
Did you change from a triple to a double when you did this? If you did then your chain will need shortened.
And the way I do the angle of mine is I have the bike up right and there is a little tab that points upwards when it is in the right position. Hope that makes sense.0
