Giant MPH sticking help!

Hi,
I went to ride my Giant XTC SE yesterday and discovered that the wheels wouldn’t spin.
They have Giant MPH disc brakes and I am not really sure what I am doing.
I tried opening the adjust knob on the brake fluid reservoir but it’s not turning very easily and the brake levers are very tight.
Can anyone think what I need to try and do to get them spinning?
Cheers,
Al

Its really stiff and the little I can turn it makes no difference.0 -
well if it is the old ROOT (you dont say) that is what you need to do unless you want to give it a strip down and service. Maybe you could lets a little fluid out but that is not really fixing it."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
