Beware con man operating in home counties

Hi All,
I found out today via FB that a cycling buddy has had his shop ripped off with the theft of a top end road bike by a guy pretending to be a police officer complete with, we presume fake, warrant card. Through the bike shop network we've got a really good picture of the guy ....
apparently he's been trying it on in a few places, some times it's worked others he's been sussed and legged it empty handed. This picture comes from one of the shops he ripped off.

The guy has been arrested after being spotted by an off duty officer.Trainee BC level 2 coach ... and that's offical (30th June 2013)

No I Haven't, that was my twin brother they arrested.
I can confirm though that I won't be pinching anymore bikes, I've moved in with my fat car washing friend from three posts up, gonna be a cracking night as well she's got a group of mates coming round and we're all getting naked and rubbing cake into each other.
