Cable Rub On Carbon

Hi all,
I have just been messing with my bike and have noticed that i have some cable rub on the bb shell of the frame.
I am a little worried as i have only had the bike 3 weeks and have only done 7-8 rides on it.
Basically what would you do? i have put some bike tape over the area for the moment to hopefully stopping it getting any worse while i decide what to do and get advice.
Am i worrying over nothing? I dont think the pictures show the true depth of the area!
