Redcliffe roundabout/Clarence Road this morning.

No injuries thankfully, damage to the railings and a change of underwear needed. Police say if the mixer was loaded then it would have been in the river.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Depends on a couple factors:
    1) How fast it was going? If it was loaded it may have been going slower, so may not have lost control in the first place, but then, at the same speed if it was loaded the extra momentum may have taken it over the edge.
    2) Centre of Gravity. If it was loaded the CofG would have been further back, so it would have been even less likely to go over.

That is covered in my point 1.
Using speed as the variable, laden/unladen mass would affect the momentum.

From the news reports on the incident there were two other vehicles involved. The lorry came to rest just before a pedestrian crossing and just as the traffic leaves a roundabout with a left turn to flats and a school.
