    Morning all,

A productive weekend and got a decent amount of mountain biking done, but as I had a few beers on Friday I haven't lost weight this week. Ah well not too bothered, slow and steady.

This week is pretty full on with working away Wednesday and Thursday, plus training and a night ride, and work isn't exactly quiet at te minute!

    Anyway onward to muesli!

Ps. Walking in to the gents to find your colleague has left a steaming floater is not a great way to start the week
  • Hangover - not my fault it was meant for someone who had been on the waz last night but the HO ended up in my head.
Can't go to work because of snow. Missing my BIG MEETING - do you think the world will end?.
    If any of you:
    a) Have Flight Aware
    b) are sad enough to use it

You will have sen the radar trails around LHR as they kept the flights in circuits and then sent them somewhere else.

    Morning bumders

Uni meh today. Not many lectures but I do have a stats report to do at some point in the next few weeks that I should probably start at some point... consequently today will be very lazy in front of the playstation, something I haven't done for ages. Then I'll do some exercise this evening.

    'ning, bottom sniffers

Too much work today, which is better than not enough. However one of these tasks is a real 'up against it' type shizzle - it's time to step up, or step the f*** away!

Got a best mans speech to peice together for the weekend too (why me??). Still, it should be a mega do, and adds a general air of 'whopee!' to the week.

Onwards! To coffee, stepping up, and 'whopee'!
How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

  • Just ate an amazing breakfast, now relaxing preparing a presentation for 2 weeks from now for the last part of my interview process for the new job. I'm feeling confident, as I have made it into the top 5, from a start of over 200 applicants in the beginning.

    Pretend bikers!
This weekend was pretty good ~TBH, Had fun with the kids on saturday, wifey didnt stay down the satbles all day so we had fun all together, then the snow came down!
Sunday was spent thowing snow balls, sledging and snowboarding! RESULT! Dog, Kids and myself were knackered and lounged around in front of the open fire until we sent them to bed while i relaxed with some mulled wine. ACE.

No idea what this week hold in store? but hopefully will be able to get out on the bikes a couple of times at night followed by a trip to Bedgebury on sunday?

    Anywhoooo

    Morning Knickersniffers,

Headed into town to buy a few bits n pieces and return some kit to CRC that doesn't fit (had to re-order a large size for something to get it to fit properly - must be turning into a fat fark). This afternoon a bike ride is on the cards as I never managed it yesterday, then it's out for a beer in town this eve. Not to shabby for a Monday!

Not good, get yourself to a chiropractor or osteopath, missk had loads of problems and te osteo sorted it in three sessions.
  • Morning turd burglars!

Wake up fail this morning. Struggled to sleep, and woke up with uber tooth ache at 3:45. I really should register with a local dentist...
Today I'm dealing with tards of the re variety. Useless people seem to fill up half my day!

Ah well. Might be going for a drink with Hot Librarian tonight, could be fun.

Cheers, went last night, ultrasound and manipulation of my pelvis, walking like a pimp with a limp today, hurts to sit, hurts to stand... may resort to alcohol later to get a decent night's sleep...

Yep, manipulation and plenty of rest is just about all you can do. Had it twice, its a right barsteweard but it will go away eventually! Might be some comfortable sitting or lying positions you can find if you give it a go (I was lucky that it only hurt when I was standing/walking).

    Meh
    Today really is abunchofwanc.
No sleep last night as youngest was having a touch of the night terrors due to her throat infection.
Two hour drive in, including 20 minutes trying to get out of our road this morning.
Boss arrived at about 10.30 after a 'grueling' 7 mile drive in that tested his ability to the full. What a load of BS.

    Afternoon goochticklers,

For every good breakfast bearing minion, there is another minion who can't manage to get to work without having had a spliff/bottleofwine.

Thus what was already going to be a fairly meh-day, will be disrupted by teaching said minion that weed is not a viable alternative to shredded wheat.

Our Drug and Alcohol Policy deals with such unintelligent minions incredibly easily. Instant dismissal.

oh actually quick edit - not if your Dad is the boss and you get caught out in a random drugs test or write off two company vehicles.
    edit again - allegedly

Our policy is the same. However, said minion is bloody good at his job and is a grafter - hard to find nowadays. Any further display of idiocy after today's lesson with lead to a p45. He's been replaced for the day, so hopefully some time to ponder his mistake (and most likely eat cake,) should sort him out.

Nooo, what you need is a fat hooker to walk all over you wearing stilleto heals, cures the nerve pain but it does make me stiff in other places

I'm currently in Ruhpolding, Germany. Today consisted of waking up, buying additional ski kit and race training all day. As it was slalom training and I didn't have shin, forearm or hand guards i now have bruises all across my body from smashing the gates. It appears that no shops in the town sell guards so it will be more pain next week in the race. Tomorrow is Giant slalom training so I shouldn't be hitting gates as often.
