frist full-suspension bike !! help

hi been riding a hard tail getting back into MTB ing
So after a full-suspension Bike
Must be able tobe
1. Cheap But good avg spec.
2.Good frame and maybe take the kit off Hard Tail as all are good.
3. I am riding Red runs and some harder Off road.
All help thanks upfront.

I think you need to be a little more specific as to .....
a) the budget
b) what your present bike is (is it standard spec)
c) wheather you are more interested in XC or Trail
d) where you ride at present

If you're considering swapping kit over you'll need to provide a FULL spec too.

I generally ride tail in the house though, and have no need for a bike.
