How can I cure this? I have tried over inflating the tyre and then letting the pressue out but it still seems buckled.
I have taken the tyre off to check the wheel is true and it is deffiantely the tyre.

Try refitting it. And work on the low part.

    Some lube may help.

Ok thanks, There is a white line round the tread which I suspect is partly to blame as that may not be straight

The lines on the tyres are off. Try to see if the tyre is straight not the lines :)

Yeah, I have, the lines are deffinately off but the outside of the tyre also seems to run out when you spin the wheel

washing up liquid watered down brushed around the rim and tyre and over inflate to until you hear it snap into place.

Can you see the tyre edge moving out evenly as you inflate the tyre?
