only seeing half a picture in posts

any idea why I can only view 50-75% of pictures on the forum. Images used to resize to my screen res with an option to show image at full size but now pictures just appear off the screen and I cant scroll accross. only way i can view the full image is but going to at url.

I'm using IE9.08

any ideas how to sort this.. please nobody suggest a different browser
