hi i'm new to the forum and thought i'd post a pic of my work in progress
i do also have a Cube attention 2010 but was looking for some suggestions to turn this Specialized into a single speed.
am i right in thinking the current crank can be turned into one.

I see you've gone for the knicker,bra and socks backdrop, whats that seat on your cube, looks very uncomfy. :shock:

looks are deceiving, its a Brooks saddle and is the most comfortable thing i've sat on.

I think the XCR cranks have removeable chainwheels, put an allen key in and see what happens!
