Fox F90RL Travel Change

After a bit of Googling I've followed a guide for the F100 travel change and removed a 10mm spacer from my F90's, which should now give them 100mm of travel. All seemed ok when putting them back together, but I think I can hear the springs moving up and down in the air side leg. Almost like they need the 10mm spacer fitted to pack them out. Does anyone know if anything else need moved?
