Not sure wether to try SPD's

Usually ride with Look Keos but for convenience ,but with commuting i need to do a bit of walking , i am considering trying mountain bike SPD's - however i ride with a wedge under one of my cleats and find that insole wedges aren't as effective as under the cleat type - i haven't seen any under cleat wedges for SPD's - has anyone any experience with this, thanks.

    Cheers Nap D, gave Adrian a call this afternoon, he's going to send me a couple - only £2.50 each. Have to have a look for some shoes now!
