Old Runescape Accounts? Items?

Hi, this is a really bizarre request I realise but my little brother's birthday is coming up and I can't afford to get him a real present (being a bike mechanic doesn't pay!) He's an avid Runescape fan (as well as a cyclist) and I just wondered if any of you guys have any old unused accounts with any cool items or money in them that I could have to give my bro for his birthday.
