TT seat position

Now rebuilding my TT bike (Orbea Ora) for the coming season and I can't remember if putting the seat on in the Tri position is legal for CTT events. As the frame is a little too big for me(I know I should have bought smaller but it was second hand, cheap and marginal size wise) I seem to be able to get a much more efficient position with the seat further forward.
Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

Yes, I'll second that, CTT you'll be fine but if you are planning on competing in the National TT or any TT that is under UCI rules then the saddle tip has to be at least 5cm behind the BB.0
