Especially as rule one on attending to an unconscious motorcyclist is DO NOT REMOVE HIS HELMET.

I think paramedics are trained to do this properly after other checks for an unconscious casualty. You can't resuscitate a person with a full face helmet on. But for most people you are quite correct.
My phone would have a home phone number and my keyfob has my bloodgroup.
I wouln't want a card stuck to my helmet. Fnarr fnarr.

My old cheapo Giro Indicator came with a sticker you could put emergency contact details on. Good idea really, much cheaper than a road id or similar, but does depend on you wearing a helmet and it not getting squishtificated.

Unless they aren't breathing, then you remove the helmet and begin CPR. :|
