These come fitted to my Cube as standard.
I just want to know how I should be caring for them after rides?
I have never had a bike with proper suspension so I have no clue.

Any advice would be good.

Also should I be using a different lube on the rear mech to what I use on the chain?

I currently use a Teflon based Spray lube. cant remember the name.

Do you have the manual? If not, downlaod from SRAM.

Do not use spray lubes. Drip oil onto the stacnhion (teflon oil or fork fluid), compress them a few times and wipe of excess. Once a week for that.

Service intervals in manual.
