Headset for carrera vulcan (07 or 08) semi integrated

It's a semi integrated. Looking at this one http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=39377

Do i need the standard one or OD46?

Is that stem ok or is it worth spending more for a superstar sealed bearings one at £26?

Trying to make my build cheap.

    I've got the same bike and I've just fitted a Superstar Integrato Headset so it's standard 44mm OD and not 46mm OD. If the bearings aren't sealed in the Ritchey headset I'd say the extra £9 is well worth it for the Superstar one.
