Morning Crudders and Crudites!

I definitely need to go to sleep earlier. Less than 6 hours is not good for me, especially on a regular basis. Something keeps waking me up around 4:30, but I don't know what. Fecking annoying though.

Today, I have emails to write, people to see, meetings to attend and computers to build. It'll be a busy one.

Tea and toast mmmm

Laters!

    Moaning

Thankfully handed in strategy crap last night. So a few nights of normality, thankfully. Shame work is going to be cack today.

Think even the wife felt sorry for me last night as she offered to load up the car with bike & stuff so I could go to llandegla later.

    Anyway, laters
  • Car driving the wrong way down the A14 today but rather more orthodox start for myself - meeting up with some staff from California so that I can go and meet them in California next week. Seems pointless to me. Managed to blag tickets for the pantomime on Saturday.

I've not slept properly now for weeks, getting ridiculous. I just want to go to bed and wake up in the morning.

Anyway, today I've a quick essay to write, and by quick it'll take me half an hour, then a quick feedback session about said essay. Following this is hockey "training" so I just get to take out people on my own team for fun. Winner.

Then we'll be watching the girls play hockey before we inevitably get complained about and told to leave by the umpires for our constant heckling.

Out this evening with the hockey team, the freshers are (being forced into) taking on the 4th years at drinking. Should be interesting.

    Mornin' Puppysnatchers

Half asleep I may still be, but at least I can tell a Ragley from an On-one.

Lots of work m'eh ahead, but at least I get a trip out to a customer site this afternoon. Gets me out of a different meeting too - which I'll count as a 'win'! Out tonight with friends for hilarity and food, which will be nice. Also a 'win'.

Oh, and the ride in this morning was fast, but a tad chilly. Liking this 'winter' thing.

    Onwards! To coffee (columbian, hot!)!

  • Morning all,

Yesterday implant implosion seems to have gone away for the most part, so i'm back up and (not) running anymore :D

I will be going shortly to the motorcycle dealership to get a new moped, going for the Motohispania RX50R, so that we have 2 at home as I am anticipating having to work in Vienna soon, which means wife will need the moped to get to work, and I need one to get to the train station, and I no longer trust our little POS. Have justified the high cost of the bike by saying i'm putting my own cash into it as well, which is keeping the wife happy, and I can teach her how to use a proper manual gearbox.

    Good morning freaks!

Feeling rather bleh this morning, so taken the day off work. Spent the night throwing up. It might be worth mentioning that I'd had fish and chips at the local Morrison's cafe a couple of hours before all this started... :(

All of my bike stuffs arrived yesterday (ordered Saturday from CRC), but I'm not really up to fixorating it today.

Going to veg out on the sofa all day methinks.

    morning chumps
suffering the full onslaught of man flu today, but wtf I'm at work anyway.
Email from the MSG series last night seems to suggest that there's an open category for talentless fettlers like me that starts at 10.00am on race days. This for me seemed perfect as I can go to most of them whilst the kids are off horse riding, unfortunately my favourite course at Tunstall is the same day we're off to Kieldy on holiday, leaving four that I'm not too bothered about. Not sure where they'd put the course at Ickworth House either. Meh.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

    Wet dreams about librarians?

    Morning Rug Munchers,

Got a few bits n pieces to do like returning a jersey to CRC as its too tight a fit over a pressure suit - you'd think companies who make flappy pyjama type DH gear would know how much firkin room to allow for this by now. Then I'm sorting out the net over our fish pond as the b@stard herons have been trying to help themselves again. Beer and curry up in London with a few mates this evening, so something to look forward to :-)

Yeah, he woke up to find his decimal system was all dewey!!

    Morning scuttlers

Flexible day of road learning today so had a lil lie in and am going to head down to Barry Island a few times and do some learning. Plus point is at the moment all of this broken up road learning doesn't count as road learning so I still have at least 5 more weeks after this one on training perhaps more.

The boneshaker surprise surprise didn't arrive yesterday, so got the olds to pop down to the Wolverhampton beachhouse to see if its been delivered there, if not the suppliers will be being asked to park a 22" steel citybike into their anus.

I have no need for wet dreams at the moment ;) Things aren't going too badly at the moment :)

I have procrastinated for the best part of an hour and a half, so I suppose I'd better get on with the workmeh.
The old banger is in for it's MOT today, went through with no advisories last year so fingers crossed...
Later I am continuing with the packing, and then off to the cinema to either see War Horse, or that latest George Clooney effort. Not feeling very inspired by either if I'm honest.
Ah well, better get on with it, can't put it off any longer...

  • Greetings Maggots,

My brain is still laying upon my pillow upstairs whilst my body has dragged itself downstairs, had a shower, breakfast, powered up the PCs and is failing miserably at being anything near productive.
I cannot believe we're into the second month of 2012. FFS, time has fleeted!

Today is a day of trying to keep busy, although looking busy is an exemption as I work from home. Perhaps it's time to trawl through my work Outlook InBox and do some housekeeping.
Right now I am listening to Siouxsie and the Banshees, reminiscing my punk era, those were the days!
  • Afternoon Losers,

  • Don't worry, the sky is still there - it is sort of upwards - flat thing, blue during the day and black at night. Trust me , I am Professor Brian Cocks.

You should go on benefits. I hear sky comes as standard, along with 200 fags, 24 cans of booze and a night out each week.
