Kinesis Maxlight seatclamp diameter

Morning All

I have recently picked up an 07 (I think) Maxlight frame which I need to get a seatclamp for but dont know the diameter. The seatpost itself is 26.8mm so I'd guess something in the region of 28.6?

I had a check on the Kinesis site but cant find anything there so thought I'd ask here.

Measure the OD of the frame? (Vernier callipers)
28.6 is possible, as is 31.8mm (My daughters old scott was 26.8 post/31.8 clamp) or could be a 'non standard' 30.0/1mm

May be 'good enough' but it could be a 'non standard' 30.0/1 (they exist) as I said which is a bit close to the 28.6....

All I was pointing out is its much easier to measure the circumference than the diameter.
