Had a pair of wheels built by JRA a while ago and they have been superb. Recently I sold the bike they were on and am fitting them on a different one. Due to been a tart I had them built up with anodised nipples and they no longer matched the new bike. I spoke to the guys and arranged to send them back, have a few spokes changed on the drive side and have the nipples swopped over.
They did the rear wheel but the front DT hub was found to have a problem. They returned it to the distributor and as soon as they got the thumbs up from them they have rebuilt my wheel onto another DT hub they have in stock. They offered in the meantime to send me out a loan front wheel as well to keep me cycling.
Great service and very good contact as well. I would definitely use JRA again.
