euro conversion from rose bikes

Can anyone explain this to me, I bought some gp4000 from rose bikes in Germany online, cheap by the way at 25 each with delivery, in my paypal account it says 50 quid was used to convert to euros and then a separate payment of 60 something euros was sent to rose, just wondering have I paved twice? Never used them before.

    I would guess that you paid PayPal GBP50 and PayPal paid Rose EUR60

    cheers, i hope so, dont fancy paying twice for the tyres.
