It's not very long... it'll be hard to get good leverage to undo tight wheel nuts, and obviously to do them up tight enough too. Probably good enough for emergency use out on a ride but I wouldn't look to use it as my only 15mm spanner - for about twice that you can get a decent sized one from Halfords.Cannondale Synapse 105, Giant Defy 3, Giant Omnium, Giant Trance X2, EMC R1.0, Ridgeback Platinum, On One Il Pompino...0

I found a shorted 15mm combi spanner, approx 2" shorter than normal and chopped the open end off. It's just the right length for the saddle bag and gives me enough leverage to undo the nuts when needed.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
