Bottom bracket cable guide for 07 transition

Transition pro 2007 bottom bracket cable guide needed been searching different sites can't seem to find one

    If a bog standard one will fit, I have three of them on my toolbox.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Not really sure there seems to be a small hole on the underside of the bottom bracket not sure if it's threaded

    IIRC the holes take a bottle cage boss bolt, M4. The guides I have in my toolbox have such a hole.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
