9mm QR to 10mm nutted axle for halo combat

my friend has a halo combat wheelset with the rear hub being a 9mm QR. as he wants to have it singlspeed he has a singlespeed kit to sort out the spacing with the sprocket for the cassette freehub but he would prefer to have a nutted rear axle instead of QR
is this what he needs?

Rear hubs are not 9mm qr, should be 10mm axles.
That will fit, but use the exisitng cones and lockrings. Hopefully are the same thread.0 -
