Overshoes

I am thinking of buying some BBB Heavy Duty overshoes from Ribble cycles. However they do not have size 44 (my size).
Would it be a problem if I bought some size 45-46 overshoes?
Or are there better overshoes in this price range?

Don't go up. I have 45-47 for my 45 feet. I find them ever so slightly oversized.
