What do you guys use to spray on your bike to loosen all the crap before you wash it?

Water, but I stay away from bearings and don't use a pressure washer.2019 Ribble CGR SL

I have used Muc Off in the past and i found it to eat up decals, and tarnish any chrome / silver parts. might give Pedros green fizz a go.https://www.instagram.com/seanmcgrathphotography/

muc off or finish line citrus degreaser - but then pretty quickly after some warm soapy water, would never leave this stuff on to start drying for surehttp://veloviewer.com/SigImage.php?a=3370a&r=3&c=5&u=M&g=p&f=abcdefghij&z=a.png

water in a garden spray bottle (it's not high pressure, if you have the luxury of a hosepipe that'll do as well) plus a cloth
i used to use cleaners, muc-off etc., but find water and a cloth work just as well most of the time
now i only use cleaners for when i do the cassette or chain rings, but that's not a regular thing, maybe 2-3 times a year
before winter comes, a really good clean, followed by a silicone polish helps stop crud sticking for the next few monthsmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -

I dont understand why anyone would use Muc-Off or any of those, you can buy Fenwicks, 1 litre for a tenner, it dilutes 10-1 and you have Muc-Off (but maybe even better), 10 litres for £10, keep an old Muc-Off trigger bottle and there you go.
Also, use it neat as a degreaser for chains and cassettes.
Its designed for both uses.

...of course, if you feel more comfortable being ripped off, like with Muc-Off, then you can buy it ready diluted for an equally high and daft price....

+1 I have been using this the last couple of years and it works as well as muc off but is much better value given that you dilute it down.0 -
Fenwicks is supposed to be safer for the bike finish than MucoffPegoretti

is that fenwicks caravan cleaneer?0

+2 for Fenwicks (me and mrs.W)
Worsk as well if not better than muc off, it's cheaper and I love the smell :-)
ALSO it's good neat in chain cleaner to degrease your chain.
I've converted all my MTBing friends to it and nobody will go back to muc off, Sh1t shifter or Pedros0 -
Pis5 ... It's free and can be diluted as much as required ... and if you like using the citrus stuff for cleaning, eat 17 oranges during your ride ...0
