Aerodynamic Stems

Just wondering if anybody knew of any kind of stems that are "aerodynamic" I have found one by PRO called the Missile but this seems to be about it??

    £200 for a stem! Ouch!! Thats actually not far short of the Pro Stealth Evo bar / stem combo - thats pretty aero by the looks of it (but more importantly - very comfortable to ride on.
