Nope, but it looks cheap and I'm pretty sure it'll do a better job than a bodged tool.

I replaced the pivot bearings on my Zesty using a threaded bolt, washers and several sockets and it wasn't easy. At one point I broke out in a sweat thinking that I had bent the frame (fortunately I hadn't). It was really tricky to get the mess of washers and socket aligned properly especially when the frame isn't always flat at the pivot points. In hindsight, I think a proper bearing tool would have been easier.

I looked at the SS tool on their website - it appears that they have a tool for a 6902 bearing (15mm x 28mm) but not for a 6802 (15mm x 24mm). There are 4 x 6802 bearings in the Spicy frame. Well, there were - I'm not sure about model years after 2010. You might be able to get by with the 6901 tool (12mm x 24mm) ?
