UK Road Bike Tours

Hello,

I am looking to go on an organised road cycling weekend in the UK (in particular the Peak/Lake Districts) and wondered whether anyone could recommend a travel company/tour organiser that provides supported tours? A quick internet search has revealed surprisingly few.

Any recommendations gratefully received!

you could look at ctc tours, and I have read adverts in the ctc magazine down the years for such things . Another line of inquiry might be ringing the cycle shops and the tourist information service in the area you want to go to .

alan wardle used to be involved in a fleet of coaches for cycle touring near matlock but i find nothing to suggest that is still going

bc people are up to their necks in olympic preps, but you could have a look at that site and ask on their forums.
