URO: Unidentified Rolling Object

Spotted it this morning, like a motorbike, but it was silent, it went like stink off down Northumberland Avenue.

I caught it up at Queen Victoria Street.

It was one of these, spectacular to watch it go:

    Nice - looks fun. Googled it, looks like 30mph, but the brakes look sh1te - something you get off a cheap kids bike !

    Ah scrub that - found some with front discs. About £2k !

    I saw it using the cycle lane from Blackfriars towards Waterloo Bridge.

    I couldn't work out whether I should be shouting at him for using the cycle lane or not.

    To my mind its an electric moped, by defination its not a bike as you can't pedal it. Indeed you're stuffed when your AAA's run out of charge. therefore shouldn't be in cycle lane.
