you can get it on any of ribbles bikes using the bike builder/special edition section and pick the components you want.
Ive got the sportive bianco with apex and its a brilliant bike and i really like the gearing.
I had a great experience buying through ribble and for the budget you have you can upgrade all the components -0 -
I believe that the new Trek Madone 3.1 comes with a 30T Tiagra cassette and a compact chainset giving a nice easy gear not far off the 32T of an Apex cassette, and the bike retails for £1500.Current bike: 2014 Kinesis Racelight T2 - built by my good self!0

£1500 to £2000 is a lot of money for a bike equipped with sram apex. You could easily find a bike with a higher spec than that for that price range. It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them.

I agree with addicted @ that price point u don't want apex, for 2K I got a Moda stretto with sram force 54/39 gruppo, specs here.

For your Money, Spec a higher Sram Groupset and Go for the Apex Casette and Rear Mech.
Dont think too many LBS or dealers taking £2k of you hard earned will mind too much swapping out a rear mech and Casette for you.
The Trek 3.1 H2 is actually 105 shifters, Sram Apex Chainset, 105 front and Rear mech and 30T tiagra cassette
Its a fantastic bit of kit and in all honestly should give you the range you need.
A guy in CPLUS fitted a Scott CR1 with Apex rear mech and casette just to do the Marmotte and have better climbing gears. (Also added Ksysrium R sys wheels / and failed to complete the Cols)0
