Hi,

can anyone advise as to whether this http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/BBTOKBB92/token_pressfit_bottom_bracket will work as a replacement press fit BB for my trek fuel ex8 2010 ?

thanks in advance

What cranks are on the bike? And BB fitting?

    Pics if you don't know.

Is a Shimano XT, but with Treks BB95 - uses a bearings straight into the frame, no cups. Uses the same bearing as in a standard HT2.

Not quite, they are in a plastic cup, only the carbon ones are straight into a frame

Its one of the BB91 variants, cant remember which now, will try and check, one of these

took my LBS (trek dealer) 2 goes to order the right one, its not a BB92 or 95 either, so would reccomend that route to save you any costs. Also you know they are press fit, so ideally need a headset tool or similar, shop said they were a bugger to get out/in, and i believe them as i destroyed onee old one getting it out to try and match it, just gave me bike and bits.

headset bearings are a bugger to get too order a setr while your there :-(

PS i have an Ex9 '10 so same bits
