Chain, cassette and gear cables

Guilty of neglecting my bike and need the following:

Cassette - SRAM pg970
Chain - SRAM pc951

I assume the above will work perfectly with xt shifters and mechs?

Also need new gear cable so will get xt ones

    Yes, but most rate KMC chains better and cheaper than SRAM

    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    XT shifters are very nice but the cables need regular attention to keep them working smoothly.

    SP41 outers & the sealed ferrules work very well but you might want to consider full outers.
