Good to see that people are not above the law.
However, will they get a fair trail, and is it too little too late.

Harry Redknapp and Asil Nadir. Both started trails today.

Asil was behind the collapse of Polly Peck in the early 90's and fled to Northern Cyprus.
Harry is up for tax evasion at his time at Portsmouth.

Football is corrupt, but big business is just as corrupt, even a FTSE listed company.
Maybe we will see Fred on trial yet.

Fred the Scots banker, I got that one. Strip him of his title first.
Hard for either of them to get a fair trial. Noticed the headline that a juror has been done for contempt after looking up the defendant on t'interweb. She probably didn't get as much bias as there will be about those two in the papers.

Says a lot for the quality of English managers.

Interesting question - who was the last English manager to win the Premiership?

Correct. Quite amazing.... a motley crue of Scots, French, Portugeuse and Italien. Mostly Scots of course....
Funny to see that 7 of the current Premiership managers are Scottish. Just wish we could produce some decent home grown players!!

there does seem to be a certain enigma about a watery-eyed, old, shouty Sweaty on the sidelines, leaking Irn-Bru and dressed in Peacocks nylon trousers.
