Lager and mixers

Had my last pint of lager and lime Saturday, local pub a mixer is 0.45p. Not sure what percentage of a pint a mixer comes too but pretty sure i don't get a reduced pint price. So gonna have to man up for the first couple, anything after that tastes the same anyway.

Lager is horrible. If you want flavour go for ale or cider.

Lager Top. Takes me back to a weird night working behind a bar serving Larger Tops to drunk northerners!

Decent beers need no mixing to make it taste nice. Belgian beers, microbrew ales (yes, even American ones - they're getting quite good at these now), cider (English!, ideally cloudy, and not with bloody ice you yuppies!), and if you have a beard, big belly and like warm beer, British ales.

Worst lager - Fosters. Even Australians won't drink it!

Had a real ale night the week before, much cheaper but agree its the calories. Prefer getting hammered and drinking wine but for the more social couple of pints i have been having lager and lime. Probably not far off the price of a pint of coke.

Just this time i see her ring it into the till, 0.45 mixer. So for the small amount in there will go without.

We don't charge extra for cordial/lemonade in a pint. If we did then Guinness and black (as an example,) would be £4.10 (50p for the cordial.)

I'm sure those kinds of specialist establishments do charge a lot for drinks, surely the trick is to find yourself an older sugar daddy and get him to pay for such a drink all night in return for your company

i love lager, i especially love fosters and budweiser.

if its a hot day i like a bit of lemonade in the top of my lager and no matter what, i like my pint followed by another 13 or 14 pints of lager.

unless im drinking all day in which case i mix it all up by adding a further 6 or 7 pints to those already consumed.

I've gone off Larger recently, I now tend to drink spirits & mixers, wine or Crabbies ginger ale!

real men drank malibu and pineapple.....you mock but excellant mid session recovery drink and one of your 5 a day
