Seatpost fused to frame

Bit of an odd one perhaps;

I'm considering selling my Litespeed Ocoee which has sat unused for a year or so.

Unfortunately the carbon Easton EC90 seatpost appears to have fused to the titanium frame.

I've tried a week of spraying GT85 around the top of the seat tube etc but it's completely ceased.

Any ideas ? (I'm guessing I'm going to lose the seatpost, right?)
