Who here has ever made a complaint regarding some road infrastructure to TFL?

Was you issue ever resolved and did they get back to you?

I'm asking as last month i had to make a complaint regarding a set of traffic lights on a junction crossing the A41 Watford Way do not change to Green if you are a lone cyclist. You either have to wait for a vehicle to turn up or do a bit of RLJ'ing.


So far i've not heard a single thing back from them, not even a sod off reply that i'm half expecting.

    Didn't they tell you, TfL now means Traffic flow London.

    that will be their standard response… or some bland cut n paste that will ignore your issue, from an un named PR with a generic reply address…

    and just to rub your nose in it they'll probably spell your name deliberately wrong as well
