spacer req,d ?

:? :? anybody able to advise.do i need to fit a spacer on to a 8/9/10 speed shimano compatable hub the wheels are fulcrum7 the cassette is 12/ 27 shimano 105 10 speed thanks

    None required for SRAM cassettes.

    there is normally a spacer required to go from a Ultegra to Campag - sounds like you are going the other way ?

    The OP wishes to fit a modern 10 speed Shimano cassette to a modern 10 speed compatible hub.
    Modern 10 speed Shimano cassettes have a very slight recess in the rear & should come equipped with a 1mm spacer.
    Failure to fit this spacer will lead to a loose assembly & premature spline wear.

    SRAM cassettes do not have this recess & should slot straight onto a compatible hub.
