Very nice bike indeed ! as matter of interest (as Im` looking at rigid carbon forks for my Ti bike) what sort of terrain will you be tackling with the bike?0

And it makes a fine commuter too!
The finish is just stunning too...and this isn't even a particularly new frame!
JamesB I'll be singletracking mostly, nothing too crazy but I am still looking to get some 2.4s on there to soften it up a bit. Did the Trailplus Challenge at Longmoor on Sunday and it was awesome on the ride sections...just required a little more focus on line choice than you normally need with the usual 100mm+ upfront!

along my line of thinking but downside is that then add back in some extra weight , esp rotating weight, that has been saved by loosing the suspension forks for rigids---reckon a 2.4 tyre would add back in 300 gm over a 2.1, making front end much less liftable0 -

Love the bike mate. Very interested in something like this for myself that you can swap wheels for commuting duties.
Couple of questions if I may? Do you need to get wheels built? Reason I ask is that I have a Boardman Hybrid that I can use as a donor bike,so I would just need some 26" rims to swap in and out? Obviously after getting a suitable frame that is!
