Alps 2011 re-edit

Last year, I created a rather long, and possibly tedious video of our Summer riding holiday in the Alps which came in at 16 minutes. I've tried to get the better parts into one song's worth (and it isn't a 16 minute-er by Opeth... a nice sub 4 mins), let me know what you think!

I like that - whereabouts in the Alps was it?"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

We stayed at a chalet in Morzine, the shore is down below the Avoriaz resort and the wet riding was above Les Get. We didn't really do any big mountain rides so there's no epic mountain shots - something we hope to fix this year0

Not bad man! If I had a chance to come meet you I would, looks like you guys know some pretty good trails there!0

Aaron thats better, way better than the first one.. you got rid of all the dead time and kept the scences short it makes for a much better video.. a 4 minute action packed video, instead of the 16minutes with all the dead time.
cant wait to see your next master piece on your master piece, (she looking sweet.)www.bearbackbiking.com

Very cool!
Love the shot of the drop where the camera is mounted on the frame, gives a really good feeling of weightlessness!
Those skinnies look pretty hairy though, I hate skinnies!0 -

Cheers It is Ian isn't it - I'm unsure if it's Ian or Colin who uses Delcol! I noticed you guys are Barebacks 'favourite Mancunian twins' - that made me laugh. Once it's built up I'll be taking it to Lee at some point, I'll let you know if you want a better look.0 -
it's colin,,,
yeah did a few things for bearbackbiking last year (video and some photography) and let us know be cool to catch up with you and ride again.. the tables are bigger now and theres the stepup jump to play on. and the new drops they put in last year... let us know when it's built and when your coming up....

I reckon Ian must be stealing your identity then - I'm sure he told me once it was him on Delcol I was well impressed with the footage you got on the DSLR, so between us I reckon we could get an interesting mixture, exchange files over a pint in a pub with a laptop and then meet back on here with our mashed-up ride vids would make for an interesting challenge.0 -

Well, you all probably lead interesting lives and have a TV license. I have neither, and seeing as my boss didn't quite give me the right mark scheme to assess this weeks mock exams, I've found time to add to this re-edit whilst listening to some old Fleetwood Mac, Beatles and CSN. Don't bother watching it if you were happy enough with the first. But if your a bit OCD, I'm sure you'll be very entertained trying to spot the three differences Two are pretty big actually.
